Office space redevelopment for Polytechnique

The Polytechnique office redevelopment project is located on three floors at 3535 Chemin Queen-Mary. Offices, conference rooms, collaboration rooms, videoconferencing rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, server rooms and washrooms are located on approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of floor space.

Summary of the mandate carried out by Énertech Solutions Inc. for Fairway Ltée. As part of this mandate, we carried out the following tasks with professionalism and excellence:

– Detailed surveys and CAD drawings of existing installations.

– Design and retrofit of the HVAC services in accordance with the Building Code, ASHRAE and CSA to ensure compliance with the highest standards.

– Preparation of plans and specifications for tender and construction, ensuring tailor-made solutions adapted to the specific needs of the project.

– Services during construction, including participation in site meetings, verification of shop drawings, recommendations for payment requests, technical support to contractors, visits and deficiency reports, and acceptance of work.

– Complete final documentation to ensure efficient project closure.
