Énertech Solutions played a key role as project management consultant for the redevelopment of CCJM’s office space. Their expertise enabled a feasibility study to be carried out, effectively identifying needs and guiding the design team through the development of plans and specifications. Thanks to precise coordination of the various disciplines, the time saved minimized change orders during construction.

The project was divided into three parts:

HVAC Preliminary and Concept:

  • Study of program and requirements.
  • Precise surveys of existing conditions and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Presentation and coordination meetings to develop concept and plans.
  • Provision of budget estimates at various stages of the project.

Final HVAC file:

  • Coordination with other disciplines for final plans.
  • Creation of plans and specifications for submission without contingency.
  • Establishment of a summary work schedule in collaboration with other professionals.

Execution and follow-up of HVAC work:

  • Site start-up meeting with contractor and subcontractors.
  • Management of site instructions, change orders and payment certificates.
  • Regular site visits to monitor quality of work.
  • Acceptance of work with reservations, follow-up on correction of deficiencies and final inspection.
